Commack High School Varsity Football vs. Sachem North
Caught the Commack varsity football team in action against Sachem North on Saturday. Even got a few shots of the cheerleaders, marching band and kickline.
The sun was definitely intense for this game. Good thing it wasn’t any hotter than it was. My Sony a1 has really good dynamic range but was having trouble keeping up with the contrasty light.
I was using the 100-400mm zoom for this game. Exposure was the usual 1/2000 sec., wide open aperture and auto-ISO. I used my Ricoh GR3 for the wide shots at halftime and a couple of the cheerleader photos.
