Commack High School Boys Varsity Basketball vs. Smithtown West - Semi-Finals
An exciting semi-finals win for the Commack boys basketball team. Onward to the AA Qualifier at Stony Brook.
I must say I could get used to photographing at Longwood’s gym. The lights are bright, the floor is a light blond wood and the gym is huge. The lights are about 1/2 stop brighter than Commack’s. That doesn’t sound like much but it allows you to lower your ISO for much cleaner images. The lights are, however, widely spaced so there are some darker spots on the floor as you can probably see in the photos.
I ended up buying that 20mm lens I had on eval. I love the look as long as you use it sparingly. You can see it in the banner photo above.
